Cancellation Policy
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation by writing to us at info@eternodistributors.com.
- For cancelled orders that have not been shipped, the refund will be processed once we confirm the cancellation request.
- For online payments (credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, UPI), refunds will be processed to the original source account within 7–14 business days.
- It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds Policy
Products are eligible for return or replacement only in the following situations:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Expired product received
- Incorrect product delivered
To raise a request:
- Email us at info@eternodistributors.com within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Share your Order ID, reason for return/replacement, and attach:
- Clear images of the product
- Invoice copy
- Unboxing video of the package (mandatory).
Once we receive your request, we will arrange a pickup. The refund or replacement will be initiated only after the product reaches us in its original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
Note:
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
- If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Conditions Under Which Returns/Replacements Will NOT Be Accepted
- Product damaged due to misuse
- Tampered or missing serial number
- Used or altered products
- Missing original packaging, price tags, labels, freebies, or accessories
- Requests raised after 2 business days of delivery
- Personal care devices cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
- Products purchased on discount, promotional offers, or during sale periods are not eligible for return

Partial Returns
Yes, partial returns are accepted only if the returned item meets the return/replacement criteria mentioned above.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.
- Online payments (credit/debit/net banking/wallets/UPI): Refund will be made to the original payment source within 30 business days.
- Cash-on-Delivery (COD): Refund will be made via bank transfer within 30 business days, after bank details are shared and confirmed.
- Replacements are initiated within 7–14 business days. If unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
